Founder & CEO

With over 15 years in IT, James specialises in health and social care, spearheading multi-disciplinary teams across the UK. His major achievements include initiating the Innovation and Digital Board for North and East London CSU and promoting innovation within the NHS as Chief Innovation Officer at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. 

James has now leveraged his expertise to launch Inicio Health, dedicated to delivering patient-centred innovation to healthcare worldwide.

Co-Founder & CCO

With a 25-year NHS tenure, Amanda, a dedicated nurse, blends clinical pathways with digital solutions, earning prestigious awards. 

Recently, she led the accreditation of a HIMSS 7 hospital, setting benchmarks in healthcare. 

An adept relationship-builder, she effectively manages budgets and communicates complex information, fostering the exchange of best practices.

CDO

Matt has been working in digital health for over 23 years, predominantly within the NHS. During this time, he has taken up a number of technical and leadership roles, specialising in clinical applications and integration. 

Matt has led on large scale deployments of clinical systems across multiple hospitals and has extensive Cerner experience. 

As the Chief Digital Officer, Matt will lead on all digital solutions for inicio health. 

CFO

A chartered accountant (ICAEW), honed his financial acumen and business insights in London after his upbringing in South Africa. His interpersonal and motivational skills have allowed him to partake in numerous cross-sector projects. 

A rare entrepreneurial accountant, Warren has navigated several business cycles, creating and executing effective strategies. His proven track record spans business formation, fundraising, incubation, revenue development, expansion, capital realisation, and exit strategies.

Business Manager

Charlotte brings over 12 years of experience in Business Management and Operations from both public and private sectors. She has successfully set up operational teams in the UK and abroad. While with the NHS, she managed large teams and provided dedicated support to the Chief Innovation Officer at the Royal Free. An exceptional organiser, Charlotte cultivates key customer relationships and uses her strategic thinking to drive business forward.

Head of Automation

Ian, as Head of Automation, brings 15 years of NHS IT experience with a focus on intelligent automation, significantly enhancing healthcare efficiency. A founding member of the Automation Centre of Excellence at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, he is proficient in devising and executing automation strategies. His achievements include pioneering surface-based automation for GP referrals, implementing numerous recruitment processes, and innovating efficient onboarding solutions.

Automation Lead

With over a decade of process improvement experience, Mark has honed his skills in automation over the past five years at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust's Centre of Excellence for Automation. A qualified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he has expertly identified continuous process improvements, saving the NHS thousands of hours. 

Mark's meticulous attention to detail has enabled him to foster exceptional customer relationships and serve as a capable manager and mentor.

Senior Solutions & Integration Architect

Tom brings 20 years of experience from the healthcare IT industry, starting his EPR and integration journey in 2006 at Barnet Hospital, a pioneer in adopting Cerner Millennium in the UK. He managed the Trust Integration Engine, overseeing all aspects of clinical system integration. With a keen interest in lab systems, Tom strategically managed an impending LIMS move during a secondment as the Trust IT Pathology Manager in 2017. After successfully consolidating multiple Cerner Millennium domains at the Royal Free London and implementing a patient portal.

Senior Solutions & Integration Architect

Paul has 25 years experience in both private and NHS healthcare IT, including extensive experience and knowledge of supporting and developing Cerner Millennium, including interfacing and CCL, as well as the Intersystems Ensemble (now called Healthshare) integration engine. 

He has been an integral technical lead in numerous EPR system implementations and merges, Cerner Millennium upgrades as well as both new RIS and LIMS implementations, including having been the technical lead for all the interfacing and order comms changes during the merge of 2 separate Cerner Millennium and Ensemble instances for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.

Partner & Systems Architect

John excels in developing innovative Cerner software solutions, optimising healthcare workflows. An expert in Cerner MPage and CCL development, he has spent years mentoring across North America. John's professional approach combines continuous technological learning with cautious change. His notable accomplishment is an Angular-based framework for Cerner MPages, enhancing developer workflow and accelerating high-quality development.
